Yes, when a supported SAM.gov notice identifies your selected state as its place of performance. Federal notices without a supported state location are excluded from the initial offer.
Does every state have identical source coverage?
No. Federal, state, and local source depth varies. Project Signals discloses the named sources supported for each live state and discipline instead of claiming complete procurement coverage.
Is this only for engineering firms?
